Birmingham Bridge Tavern came highly recommended for their wings. And this place didn't disappoint. Mac and Cheese Wedges are definitely recommended along with their wings. Full wings. Not those wimpy ones you get at other places. Did em three different ways with Bourbon BBQ, Golden boy (house speciality...step above Buffalo), and Ginger Thai. To me the stand out sauce of the three was the Thai .... definitely got a bit o'kick!!!

BBT has been a South Side staple since 2003—and it's all about the beer! With 22 rotating taps and over 80 bottles, there's something for everyone. Their award-winning wings are a must-try, with over ten flavors to choose from. We went with the Goldenboy, which had the perfect balance of heat—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. For the main course, I had to check out their famous chicken wrap (pro tip: get it blackened). Hands down, one of the best wraps I've ever had!

Gotta be some of the best bar food in Pittsburgh. The pierogi in spicy garlic parmesan sauce are one of our favorite bites in the city and the hand cut fries are terrific, always with a nice crisp on them. A very good craft beer selection and great service as well. Order a trash can if you're feeling frisky.

I'd heard about the wings and just had to try them. In my opinion, Buffalo Wings are truly the only thing that is special about food in Pittsburgh. I was not disappointed. They're the best I've had, and they come served in a basket with sauce of the perfect consistency pooled at the bottom. The woman behind the bar somehow takes care of everyone without any help.

Best wings within a 20 mile radius of Pittsburgh. You're welcome now that you know this.

I love this place! The atmosphere is amazing. It's a neighborhood bar where everyone seems to know each other. If you want to avoid those type of places, I highly recommend Birmingham Bridge Tavern. The food is damn good too! I recommend the fish sandwich and the Pittsburgh reuben. Drink well, eat well, and hang out with real people!

We ordered their "Eric The Red" flavor which was their 2nd hottest option. The flavor was off the charts good! So many places offer hot wings, or flavourful wings, but not both. These were truly some of the best wings we've ever had and we try wings everywhere we go! All 3 guys bought pint jars of the sauce to bring home.

Great place to enjoy the game. Best Bloody Marys in town, solid service, great food (blackened chicken anything works well).
